Mike Weber is ISCorp’s Founder and acting President and CEO. Mr. Weber started his career in the aerospace industry in 1985 designing cockpit avionics for McDonnell Douglas on the C-17 Military aircraft. In 1987 he founded what was to become Integrated Systems Corporation (dba ISCorp). Initial clients were Fortune 500 public companies including Motorola, Hughes AeroSpace and GE Medical.
With 30+ years of leading ISCorp and directing corporate strategy and product vision, Mr. Weber is principally responsible for ISCorp’s industry leadership in secure financial cloud services, PaaS, IaaS, and colocation services, with a focus on custom highly-available, mission-critical operations.
Mr. Weber holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Marquette University. Since 1994 Mr. Weber has held several long-term board positions at ONE (Oneida Nation Electronics), Children’s Service Society of Wisconsin, Children’s Hospital System of Wisconsin and Nova Cycle Sport Foundation.
Scott Rodenhuis has 30+ years of experience in colocation and cloud services architecture, information security, and management of technology for mission critical operations. Past projects at ISCorp span a wide variety of applications, industries, and technologies. Customers include US Bank, Nationwide Insurance, Federated Investors, Wells Fargo, CUNA, Ascensus (Sally Mae), New York Life, Credit Suisse, Wisconsin Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem, Omnicare and Froedtert Hospital.
Prior to joining ISCorp in 1993, Mr. Rodenhuis worked on projects providing services to US Government agencies such as NASA, NOAA, USAF, DOD, and USCG. Mr. Rodenhuis holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland. Mr. Rodenhuis also maintains a Certified Information Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
Carie Cieslewicz has 20+ years of experience in accounting, audit and compliance, human resource management, and project management. Ms. Cieslewicz oversees certain day to day operations and the audit and compliance program at ISCorp. Prior to joining ISCorp in 2006, Ms. Cieslewicz worked for Arthur Andersen in external audit and a large non-profit healthcare provider in internal audit and accounting. Ms. Cieslewicz holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin, Green Bay. She has both her CPA license and is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
Jeff Zillner, Senior Vice President of Business Development, has over 32 years of experience in the high-tech industry. Mr. Zillner started in the medical imaging field with various technical and support responsibilities including Director of Global Support Services. For the past 22 years Mr. Zillner has held various positions at ISCorp and now is responsible for high level strategic account management and business development. Mr. Zillner holds a B.S. In Biomedical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
Tim Roloff is ISCorp’s Vice President of Business Development. Mr. Roloff’s 30 year IT career started in the Consumer Products industry where he held various positions including Systems Manager, Global Project Manager, Business Manager, and Client Director. For the past 12 years Mr. Roloff has held Enterprise Sales and Global Account Director positions in the systems integrator and software industries. Today Mr. Roloff manages New Business Development for ISCorp, accountable for building strategic customer relationships. Mr. Roloff holds a B.B.A. in both Marketing and Management, with a Specialization in International Business from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
