Mike WeberPresident & Chief Executive Officer
Mike Weber is ISCorp’s Founder and acting President and CEO. Mr. Weber started his career in the aerospace industry in 1985 designing cockpit avionics for McDonnell Douglas on the C-17 Military aircraft. In 1987 he founded what was to become Integrated Systems Corporation (dba ISCorp). Initial clients were Fortune 500 public companies including Motorola, Hughes AeroSpace and GE Medical.

With 35+ years of leading ISCorp and directing corporate strategy and product vision, Mr. Weber is principally responsible for ISCorp’s industry leadership in secure financial cloud services, PaaS, IaaS, and colocation services, with a focus on custom highly-available, mission-critical operations.

Mr. Weber holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Marquette University. Since 1994 Mr. Weber has held several long-term board positions at ONE (Oneida Nation Electronics), Children’s Service Society of Wisconsin, Children’s Hospital System of Wisconsin and Nova Cycle Sport Foundation.

Jeff ZillnerChief Operations Officer
Jeff Zillner, Chief Operations Officer, has over 35 years of experience in the high-tech industry. Mr. Zillner started in the medical imaging field with various technical and support responsibilities including Director of Global Support Services. For the past 25+ years Mr. Zillner has held various positions at ISCorp and now is responsible for high level strategic account management and business development. Mr. Zillner holds a B.S. In Biomedical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
Tim RoloffVP - Business Development
Tim Roloff is ISCorp’s Vice President of Business Development. Mr. Roloff’s 30 year IT career started in the Consumer Products industry where he held various positions including Systems Manager, Global Project Manager, Business Manager, and Client Director. For the past 15+ years Mr. Roloff has held Enterprise Sales and Global Account Director positions in the systems integrator and software industries. Today Mr. Roloff manages New Business Development for ISCorp, accountable for building strategic customer relationships. Mr. Roloff holds a B.B.A. in both Marketing and Management, with a Specialization in International Business from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
Sylvia DiedrichChief Financial Officer
Ms. Diedrich has extensive experience in various industries including technology, manufacturing, online learning, medical, distribution, and services. Throughout her career, Ms. Diedrich has held various top-level finance roles such as Controller, Finance Director, and CFO. She also brings many years of international experience to ISCorp, spending a large portion of her career in Germany and also working extensively with Mexican-based entities.

Ms. Diedrich is a licensed CPA, holds a BS in Finance from CSUF, an MBA from Wake Forest University, and an MS in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. Ms. Diedrich is also an active member in her community where one of her passions includes serving on the board of the Milwaukee Children’s Choir.

Larry HitchcockManaging Director - Strategic Partnerships
Larry Hitchcock is a seasoned business, technology, and product entrepreneur. Serving at the executive level for enterprises, start-ups, and Fortune 500 companies, he brings unique and divergent operational skills across mobile, enterprise/cloud platform technologies, software, digital media, branding, content creation, business development, strategic partnerships, venture capital and private equity. He has led VC backed tech startups targeting enterprise customers in insurance, human resources, and education fields from launch to commercialization. Most recently he oversaw the creation and launch of an AI/machine learning platform for the insurance industry. Mr. Hitchcock holds a BA in Political Science, History and Economics from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
Marc VandiepenbeeckMember of the Board of Advisors, Director of European Development
Marc Vandiepenbeeck has over 20+ years as a Financial Executive with an array of global experiences and expertise, he is now the President of Europe, Middle East, Africa and Latin America for Johnson Controls. Mr. Vandiepenbeeck’s vast experience in the global financial industry started in 2000 where he worked in the corporate development group of a global leader in medical diagnostics instrumentation. Currently he manages all aspects of the global treasury function for Johnson Controls, including capital markets activity, trade finance, funding strategy, global liquidity, investment and asset management, strategic banking relationships, capital allocation, cash management and compliance & reporting for treasury operations. Mr. Vandiepenbeeck serves on the Board of Directors for several Milwaukee area organizations and his vast expertise in global affairs has provided ISCorp with great knowledge of understanding as we continue our European Development. Mr. Vandiepenbeeck holds a B.S. in Engineering Management from the University Libre of Brussels and a Master’s degree in Science of Management from Solvay School of Economics.
Howard BornsteinMember of the Board of Advisors
Howard Bornstein is an experienced Financial Executive with a demonstrated history of working in a variety of industries. Mr. Bornstein has strong finance professional skills in budgeting, operations management, accounting, scenario planning, taxes, strategic planning, and team building. Mr. Bornstein spent over 15 years working with Foth & Van Dyke, a privately owned consulting engineering firm holding the title of CFO. In his time with the organization Foth & Van Dyke grew its revenue from $30mm to $140mm while expanding from five to 20 offices and doubling their employee count. Previous experiences include over 20+ years as a Tax Partner with KPMG, additionally in 2019 he founded the Financial Executives International (FEI) Utah Chapter with a goal of sharing his experiences with the Utah business community. Mr. Bornstein’s years of commitment and proven results as a financial executive are a tremendous asset to our ISCorp team. Mr. Bornstein holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
