Security Systems Administrator/Engineer

| Location: Milwaukee, WI

With headquarters in Mequon, Wisconsin, Integrated Systems Corporation serves customers worldwide. We provide various applications and data processing solutions utilizing our secure private cloud.

Integrated Systems Corporation immediately needs a full-time Security Systems Administrator/Engineer to support our rapidly growing application and data processing solutions operations.

This position is customer-facing, so qualified candidates must be able to communicate and discuss technical issues in non-technical terms with our end-user customers. Qualified candidates should have five years of working experience and/or an equivalent educational background in Information Security. Experience with Network Firewalls, SIEM, O365 Administration, Automation, Vulnerability Management, and security certifications would be a plus.

The candidate ideally would possess some of the following qualities:

• Can work independently with minimal supervision.

• Can quickly learn/comprehend new tasks.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to details

• Troubleshoot, reproduce, and resolve problems reported by users in a timely manner.

• Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and application and system configurations.

• Troubleshoot issues and outages.

• Experience running shell scripts and/or Bash Scripts, Windows PowerShell, and Python

• Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Intune & Entra AD aka Azure AD

• A proven track record of designing and developing secure solutions that meet customer requirements while adhering to company principles and operating practices to maintain security and compliance.

• Experience with network architecture, OSI model, networking protocols, and network security.

• Perform system security analysis activities including requirements, gap, and alternatives analysis. Includes planning/change management, testing, and coordination with stakeholders to minimize impacts on operations.

Data Center Technician

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Integrated Systems Corporation has an immediate need for a full-time Data Center Technician to support our rapidly growing application and data processing solutions operations.

This position is customer facing so qualified candidates must have the ability to clearly communicate and to discuss technical issues in non-technical terms with our end-user customers.  Qualified candidates should have at least a year of working experience and meet the following criteria:

  • Deployment and support of workstations/laptops/server hardware and software in an enterprise environment
  • Hardware lifecycle management
  • Evaluation of new software, firmware, and system patches for upgrades
  • Assist in response and resolve infrastructure support requests – 24x7x365
  • Help maintain inventory records
  • Document environment and changes
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds; and participate in group lifts for 41 pounds or more
  • Carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds for short distances

Experience with VMware, monitoring software, incident management, and other operating systems is a plus.

Sales Administrator

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Job Summary

This will be a dedicated Sales Administrator role to provide excellent support to our sales team. Daily job duties include preparing pricing documentation and proposals for customers, order processing, responding to customer inquiries, and assisting the sales staff in completing customer paperwork.  You will also follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their products and services, input data into our customer management system, and manage the sales department’s calendar.  We prefer candidates who have at least one year of experience in administrative roles.

Qualifications

To perform the role of a sales administrator effectively, you need a range of skills and competencies, such as analytical skills to collect and interpret data, communication skills to interact with different audiences, coordination skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, customer service skills to address customer needs and concerns, technical skills to use various tools and software, and teamwork skills to collaborate with the sales team.  All of these competencies are essential for successful sales administration.

  • This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, problem solving skills, and the capability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • 2+ years experience in sales coordination, sales administration, and/or sales operations
  • Previous experience working for an IT service provider is desirable
  • Hands-on experience preparing sales quotes and proposals
  • Comfortable using various software systems (Microsoft Office, CRMs)
  • Previous experience working in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and resourcefulness
  • Ability to work successfully across multiple stakeholders and projects
