How PaCdr Works
PaCdr is not just an insurance policy. It’s a dedicated disaster recovery package for schools that run their Skyward administrative software in-house.
Skyward has teamed up with ISCorp, Exclusive Service Partner for PaCdr, to provide you with the easiest, fastest and most cost-effective way for you to create a comprehensive disaster recovery solution for your critical student and financial data.
Affordable, Proven Protection
PaCdr is comprised of world-class people, process and facilities. Hardware and application replicas of your existing system are located off-site at our remote Skyward facilities and maintained by technical experts. In the event of a disaster, by the next business day you will be able to run your Skyward administrative software from these systems via the Internet.
A written plan is provided to your school. Once a week (or as frequently as you request), your Skyward administrative data is verifiably transmitted to our remote Skyward disaster recovery environment. If circumstances dictate:
- You declare a disaster by calling our 24-hour 800 number
- The PaCdr action team is deployed
- By the next business day, securely run your Skyward software from any computer with Internet access to resume your normal school operations
